You’ll leave feeling confident, capable, and excited to speak publicly about what you do and why you do it.
Public speaking can be scary and intimidating, but if you’re starting or growing your business, it can be one of the most important elements of your marketing strategy. Presenting before an audience positions you as an expert in your field, showcases your brand, and invites follow-up and referrals (which leads to more sales).
Whether you're a novice or have given presentations before, whether you want to speak to 10, 100 or 1,000 people, whether your stage will be at a business group, industry conference, non-profit event or pitch competition, you'll learn how to find your signature idea, structure your presentation with stories, create an emotional connection with your audience, and confidently talk about what you do and why you do it.
You will learn:
- Why public speaking should be a part of your marketing strategy
- Finding your signature idea that will resonate emotionally with your audience
- The power of transformational stories to showcase your brand
- Organizing your presentation, including when to use slides and what to put on them
- How to talk confidently about what you do and why you do it
