MELBOURNE, FLA. (December 21, 2016) – weVENTURE, a Central Florida-based organization launched at Florida Institute of Technology that’s focused on accelerating sustainable business growth for entrepreneurs, is pleased to announce that four companies graduated from the IGNITE 360® Business Mentoring ADVANTAGE Program this month.

Rock, Paper, Simple (RPS), owned and operated by Joshua Adams, has completed two rounds of our ADVANTAGE program. Established in 2013, RPS has experienced tremendous growth as a result of participating in IGNITE programs.

Pathway Lending was weVENTURE’s first out-of-state IGNITE client. Pathway Lending’s Senior Vice President of Business Advisory Services and a few staff members participated in IGNITE’s ADVANTAGE program.

Strategic Ink Public Relations, owned and operated by Tina Lange, APR, launched in 2011 and Z-Corp, owned and operated by Ken Zeszutko, launched in 2003, recently completed the ADVANTAGE program as a first step of business partnership.

“During this IGNITE session all the businesses participating completed the ADVANTAGE program, customized for emerging companies that are committed to growth,” said weVENTURE Executive Director Erica Lemp. “We are thankful to see that weVENTURE’s mentoring programs are truly helpful to our clients and this session was particularly unique and exciting, as we mentored our first out-of-state organization!”

IGNITE 360 provides customized coaching and mentoring for entrepreneurs in all industries and stages of business, from at-revenue to emerging businesses to larger, second-stage companies. Program participants are matched with a select group of expert advisors who address current business challenges and determine strategic steps to reach desired outcomes.

IGNITE 360 offers highly effective mentoring in three distinct levels:

  • IGNITE 360 TRANSITION for organizations that need strategy before growth or change;
  • IGNITE 360 ADVANTAGE for companies that are committed to growth;
  • IGNITE 360 PREMIER for larger companies that are focused on transformational activities and gross more than $500,000 annually.
