The IGNITE 360® Business Mentoring Program brings together successful, forward-thinking business owners and executives with one goal: to individually and collectively grow participants’ businesses to new levels. Thank you for your interest in participating as a mentor to help support the success of this important program.

As a mentor in this program, you agree to:

  • Commit to and attend one meeting each month for six consecutive months as scheduled each session.
  • Attendance is expected 15 minutes prior to the start time of each session. Meetings will start promptly and end promptly given one hour per session.
  • Follow the guidelines and the proven processes covered in the mentor training.
  • Provide feedback and/or assistance as needed between monthly meetings.
  • Contribute to the group in a respectful, positive manner to support a nurturing environment for growth.
  • Provide feedback at the end of the program: observations on mentee development, business development and feedback on the overall process. This will be due within 1 week of the last session. This feedback will be incorporated into a final report for the Women’s Business Center and the client.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality with all proprietary, financial and personal information shared within the meetings. The information shared within this group is provided for development/learning purposes only and is strictly confidential.

Scholarship Information

weVENTURE, in support from the Zonta Club of Melbourne, provides scholarships to women who may have monetary barriers but want to improve their quality of life, their independence and self-sufficiency. Named in honor of the Meehan family, the scholarship is a needs-based program designed to support women in Brevard County wishing to improve their life through business education.

The Zonta Club of Melbourne is a member of Zonta International, a global organization of male and female executives and professionals working together to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy. Chartered on Dec. 1, 1983, the club has more than 20 committed members who attend monthly meetings to coordinate community projects and fundraising activities. The Melbourne Club is in Zonta’s District 11, which encompasses the states of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
